THE ORIGINAL GRAVEL SURFACE.
The wide front area and narrow paths were made up of gravel, older slabs and mixed edge details. The project required a complete renewal rather than a surface-only upgrade.

A large gravel driveway and connected paths rebuilt with new drainage, a full grey Tegula monoblock perimeter and a clean 10 mm open-graded Carpave finish.
The property had a large gravel frontage with older concrete paths running around the house. GMGB renewed the full 162 m² area as one coordinated project, creating a consistent, practical finish from the entrance through the side paths and surrounding spaces.

The wide front area and narrow paths were made up of gravel, older slabs and mixed edge details. The project required a complete renewal rather than a surface-only upgrade.

Machinery was used to strip and prepare the large working area, including the frontage and connected routes around the property.

A separation membrane was installed across the formation. New aqua channels were incorporated to manage surface water, with levels formed around the house and entrances.

The same preparation continued through the tighter paths and side areas so the completed project would feel consistent throughout, not just across the main frontage.

GMGB can coordinate drainage, preparation, edging and surfacing as one complete package.
